Scuba Diving in Cabo

Cabo is well known for its incredible marine life, there are many great diving areas. Explore the reefs and the exotic wonders that await you in Cabo.

Cabo San Lucas Bay (The Point) also known as “Land’s End”, this is the most southern tip of the Baja peninsula where the Pacific ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. Here you can spot playful sea lions, parrot fish, turtles, green jacks, yellow fin tuna and much more! Maximum depth is 68 feet, there may be slight currents at times.

Neptune Finger with depths of 80-90 feet see huge boulders with walls full of sea fons, school of tropical fish, moray eels and goat fish. Deep dives are possible here.

Pelican Rock its depth stretches from 25 to 100 feet. Experience schools of tropical fish, eagle rays, eels, and coronet fish, and other large species.

The Corridor this area between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo san Lucas contains well known spots as well as a few secret ones that only our guides will be able to show you. The well known areas are: Punta Ballena, Blue Hole, Twin Dolphin, Santa Maria (one of the largest reefs), Chileno and Punta Gorda.

Cabo Pulmo this is the only living reef on the western side of North America. Rich in a wide variety of tropical marine life. A large system of volcanic reefs offer exciting dives for beginners to advanced divers. These beaches are pristine and unspoiled with an incredible beauty that lies beneath.

Gordo Banks just 8 miles off the coast of San Jose del Cabo with the depths ranging from 110 to 130 feet. You will see a lot of action as you explore the first few feet of water, such as many amber jacks, hammerhead sharks, manta rays and even huge whale sharks for lucky divers. These waters can experience erratic currents that occur at times, this dive is for advanced divers.

Discover the depths below and all the incredible reefs, caves, shipwrecks, all awaiting for you in the Sea of Cortez. Diving conditions are great all year around. The most ideal times are between June and December, visibility can exceed 110 feet and temperatures average between 77 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit.
