Located 10-mins outside of downtown San Lucas, the location allows you to be close to the activity, but far enough away that you can enjoy a tranquil setting and focus on your family and friends. This masterful villa boasts an astounding 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms while allowing up to 20 guests, making it a perfect place for a large gathering with family, friends and corporate retreats. This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa rental is both spacious and inclusive. From the moment you step foot in the house, you feel like royalty. As you walk through the immense double-door entryway, you are greeted by an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old world detail. As you make your way to the living room, you will be engulfed by the sweeping ocean views that ensue. Along with the villa’s 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The kitchen, formal dining room, and outdoor BBQ area flow together making it effortless to move between the multitude of spaces in the home. The interior design of this villa is nothing short of pristine and will make you feel right at home.
As you move outside, the setting will take your breath away. The massive outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub that was created to accompany large gatherings. A beautiful pool lies just outside the living room making it effortless to go from indoor living to outdoor activities. Along with immense ocean views, you will be accompanied by large fireplaces and seating/lounging for at least 16 people, making this villa stand out in many ways. The ocean view also includes a private cove circling the lighthouse point where whales breach, when in season.
Your trip will be complete with a Cabo Trip Personal Concierge, butler, and daily housekeeping service. For times you don’t want to cook, you have the option of walking to one of several nearby restaurants or hire one of our incredible private chefs. Casa Brooks will be something to write home about, but be careful because once you’re here, you might never want to leave.

About your Personal Concierge: This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, pre-stock groceries and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be “on call” and available while you are in Cabo.

Q: Do you allow events and weddings at this villa?
A: Yes! We have hosted many weddings, up to 70 ppl, and several events. An additional night’s stay will be required as an “event fee”. This fee will also provide additional cleaning staff, security and permits within the HOA.
Q: Can you walk to the beach?
A: The beach is a 7-min walk or 2-min golf cart ride. A golf cart will be provided and chauffered by the villa staff–must be requested and arranged prior to arrival.
Q: What does the Butler do?
A: Your Butler will ensure your vacation is seemless. From helping with luggage, to making drinks, to arranging pool towels and tidying the house, your Butler will also help work the house (TV/music), start coffee in the morning and help with meal service.
